Dr. Ambika Nair is the co-founder and Chief Consultant of Santhigram Ayurveda. Born in Kerala, India, her Ayurvedic training began in childhood under her father, a renowned Ayurvedic physician. Dr. Nair holds graduate and postgraduate degrees, as well as diplomas in various fields of holistic medicine, including Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Bach Flower Remedies, Siddha, Naturopathy, and Yoga.
She has served as a Doctor and Medical Advisor to the President of India, K.R. Narayanan, and to many celebrities from the political, entertainment, and business worlds.
Dr. Nair was awarded the prestigious ‘Pride of the Country’ honour by the Society of Industry and Business Achievements in New Delhi. Her contributions were also recognized in the US by organizations like the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) and NAMAM, a social organization based in New Jersey.
